Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Operations Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue generation strategies that maximize income from rooms, the restaurant, and other offerings. You will also support day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Development: Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue across all areas of the hotel, including accommodations, dining, and events.
* Revenue Generation: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities and support pricing strategies.
* Marketing Initiatives: Help develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and local partnerships, to promote the hotel and its services.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster relationships with local businesses, event planners, and travel agents to encourage group bookings and partnerships.
* Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, providing assistance in front-of-house activities and guest services as needed.
* Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Flexibility and Team Support: Be willing to adapt to various roles and responsibilities to support the overall success of the hotel and assist team members as required.
Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and operations within the hospitality industry.
* Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of revenue management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
