As a Registered Manager within disability services, you will be qualified with a relevant Childcare Diploma at least Level 3 and be responsible for overseeing the operations of a residential children's care home and leading a team of dedicated care professionals. This encompasses resource and personnel management, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Based in Kings Lynn, this is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary for £42,000 - £45,250 depending on experience and qualifications.

The day to day
1. Directing the operations of a residential children's care home focused on disability services.
2. Leading and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals, guiding them from recruitment through ongoing growth and development.
3. Supervising and upholding the implementation of exemplary childcare practices.
4. Ensuring staff deliver positive, sensitive care to the children & young people in the home.
5. Effectively overseeing both physical and financial resources as well as personnel.
6. Guaranteeing the highest standards of service quality and unwavering adherence to relevant regulations and procedures.
You will have/be
1. Minimum of Childcare related Diploma at Level 3.
2. Significant experience in a supervision/management role working with children with complex requirements in a residential establishment.
3. Knowledge of regulations, legislations and procedures relevant to the role.
4. Experience working with children who have experienced trauma & disrupted attachments.
5. Experience working to targets and setting goals for others.
6. A full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements.
