I am recruiting for an organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator with a passion for ensuring compliance and maintaining standards on a Facilities Management contract in Coventry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensuring Compliance across the FM contract
* Maintain accurate and thorough records of evidence received and observed
* Escalate and report non-compliance issues promptly
* Provide feedback on unresolved compliance issues or missing evidence from service providers
* Engage with sub-contractors to clarify evidence and ensure a coordinated approach to compliance
Essential Attributes
* Knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational and presentation abilities
* Professional, resilient, and self-confident
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
