Main duties of the job
1. Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
2. Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone.

4. Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and processing documents.
5. Assist in the coordination of patient flow within the practice, ensuring smooth operations.
