Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Cambridgeshire team, supporting schools within the Cambridgeshire area. About the Role:
* Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
* Contract Type: Full-time, temporary
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum.
* Assisting individual students or small groups with their learning, helping them overcome challenges.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Helping students with additional needs and ensuring their full participation in activities.
* Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom organisation.
* Monitoring student progress and communicating regularly with the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
* A passion for helping children achieve their potential and supporting their development.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
* An understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
* Ability and willingness to travel between schools.
