You will work with the Digital Marketing & CRM Director and broader marketing and business leaders to build, develop and maintain our Data, CRM and Analytics capabilities. This is a hands-on role, and you will work with senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring our platforms, structures and data governance are robust, then turning the data they hold into actionable reports, dashboards and insights. To be successful in the role you will need to be able to blend technical knowledge, expertise in data governance and processes with the ability to interpret analytics, creating insights and proposals which drive business outcomes. Role Responsibilities: Develop a robust, fit for purpose data solution that seamlessly integrates data and analytics to drive efficiency, effectiveness and improved user experience. Work with the Head of Growth and senior management to manage and maintain a rolling Data Quality Programme (data quality, stewardship, preparation and cataloguing) that brings high quality trusted data into the data eco-system and transforms it for use. Support the Digital Marketing and CRM Director to create reporting that provides actionable insights to the business, enabling the business to move to a test and learn model and support optimisation. Lead the development of our Data & CRM capability through management of our CRM technology stack including Hubspot, GA, and various 3rd party APIs and suppliers, ensuring a seamless end to end integration of all regular data feeds. Responsible for implementing, testing and troubleshooting data driven processes for technical and non-technical users to create robust and scalable data and insight solutions Data Architecture and Quality. Analyse CRM performance data, generate reports, and provide insights and create actionable solutions to optimise campaign and business effectiveness. Responsible for tracking and tagging across our digital channels, ensuring codes and tags are in place and reports built, enabling a self-service culture. Alongside this you’ll understand performance, identify trends and provide insights to support campaign optimisation. Responsible for documenting our data architecture, automations and processes, ensuring they are maintained, understood and support business decision making. Manage Data Security including aspects of user provision, data sharing and GDPR compliance, identifying and mitigating data and technology risks. You will help in identifying trends and patterns to create relevant strategies and optimise customers interactions/engagement and create truly personalised experiences to our customers. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a CRM Manager, with expertise in customer journey mapping, CRM strategies and data governance. An understanding of data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in campaign metrics, tracking and technical tagging including GA4, Hubspot and GTM. Strong experience with CRM tools and platforms (HubSpot an advantage). Experience in data management, governance and GDPR compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn business requests into technical deliverables whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset. More about the role: Salary : £35,000 - £42,000 per annum Location : All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office).
