A regional award-winning M&E contractor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across East Anglia, is searching for an Electrical Project Manager, initially to manage a large Education project.
Jark Cambridge is proud to represent this market-leading M&E firm that specializes in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke, arts & leisure, student accommodation, and corporate offices. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office near Cambridge but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.
Performance Objectives
1. Manage and deliver Commercial projects ranging from £1M-6M.
2. Oversee projects from conception to completion and have experience in both Design and Build as well as traditional methods.
3. Plan, coordinate, and manage installations.
4. Manage and plan commissioning & ensure satisfactory handover of project including client familiarization.
5. Compile and produce testing, handover, and O&M documentation at completion.
6. Ensure all Electrical works are carried out in compliance with specification, drawings, and industry standards.
7. Develop project program and record progress, delays, and disruption including capturing contract variations.
Person Specification
1. Previous commercial management experience is preferred.
2. First aid qualified.
3. Hold a current SMSTS/SSSTS certification and CSCS card.
4. Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects.
5. Longevity within previous positions.
