An exciting opportunity with a growing CAT A & B contractor! An established and expanding contractor, known for delivering high-quality commercial builds, is seeking a Site Manager to join their ambitious team. The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing the construction site, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day site operations for commercial fit-out projects, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
2. Manage a team of contractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with project requirements.
3. Liaise regularly with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and communication.
4. Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
5. Report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner.
6. Monitor project timelines and costs to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the commercial fit-out sector (CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs).
2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
5. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
