ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Year 2 class in a primary school located in the Telford area. This full-time position is set to begin in September 2024.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role will include:
* Working as a general classroom support assistant in a Year 2 class.
* Full time with hours from 08:30-15:30.
* Will commence from September 2024, continuing until the end of the Autumn term.
About the school
This will be located in a two-form entry school based in the Telford area.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 2 Teaching Assistant- Telford you will:
* Be able to commit to full-time work.
* Previous experience working in a primary school, particularly with students of a Key Stage 1, is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
* Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Salary based on daily rate.
