About the Role: Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 4 students, focusing on GCSE curriculum requirements. Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate case studies, real-world examples, and practical business simulations. Facilitate student-led projects and presentations, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Assess student progress through presentations, projects, written assignments, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current industry trends and best practices. Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and enterprise challenges, to enhance student learning. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE level, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and practical skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Strong knowledge of business principles, market trends, and entrepreneurial strategies. Commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and a strong work ethic in young people. Ability to use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
