We are seeking an ambitious cost consultant with a passion for delivering high quality service to clients and driving the development of business. The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor, client focused and ambitious, perhaps seeing this opportunity to join a real estate practice as a progressive move from a more traditional QS practice environment. The really attractive thing about this role is the nature of the business coupled with the responsibility of joining at Associate Director level and so taking on a supporting role to the leadership team. Working closely with the Head of Cost Consultancy, you will support and enhance the business growth plans by providing high calibre professional advice to key clients and assisting in managing the team internally.
Remuneration:
Dependent on experience, likely up to £80,000 plus package – considerable bonus should also be expected
