The opportunity:
Due to a period of sustained business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Installation Manager who will be responsible for the successful management of a team of skilled technicians that install new plant displays which vary in size and complexity.
The role is permanent and based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking is available. You will also have the opportunity to visit some amazing client sites across the country. Working hours are 42.5 hours a week and are flexible however start times can sometimes be as early as 5am.
* This role will manage the team of 8 installation technicians and the installation scheduler.
* Must foster safe, productive and positive work environment. Oversight of installation sub-contractors. Ensure they follow Planteria quality standards and compliance requirements.
* Review the success of all installation projects and incorporate any learnings into future projects
* Operate and work within a budget
* Deliver projects on time at the highest quality standard
* Introduce OTIF for department
Requirements
* Significant experience in scheduling work for external teams and strictly following tight deadlines
* Strong line management and coaching skills with remote teams working on multiple sites
* A Highly organised person for yourself and also the team
* Must be able to connect well and build rapport with customers, colleagues and the wider Planteria team.

£45,000- £55,000 dependant on experience
