This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and growing organisation. As the Maintenance Manager at Cedar Lodge, you will be placed at the heart of the home along with the people that live here. Your role will be to ensure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard and provide the residents with a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment in which to live. Your role is important to the health, safety, and care of the people who live in, work in, and visit the home. This role is suited to a people person, because your role will entail supporting the people who live in the home to live as freely as possible, through a well-maintained, supportive environment. You will be required to adhere to all our policies and to attend all our training, including supporting people living with dementia as well as key policies such as privacy, dignity, inclusion, diversity, and equality.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working as a Maintenance Manager in a residential/nursing home, working to deadlines.
2. Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn other software applications.
3. Essential experience in a similar environment.
