Job Title: Head Team Leader
What you will do as a Head Team Leader
* Conduct daily floor inspections ensuring all areas including corridors, lift landings, pantries, and service areas are in good condition and take action as required.
* Allocate special deep cleaning jobs including task of the week and special project porters, distributing tracking sheets to the Team Leader and communicating with the BOC accordingly, ensuring the tasks are completed and returned within deadlines.
* Inspect VIP rooms after Team Leader preparation, recording all findings via HotSos Manager Inspection, addressing and rectifying any potential issues on the spot.
* Ensure guest feedback is followed up by Team Leaders and We Care log is updated.
* Conduct daily inspections of FOH & BOH Public Areas & Meeting Rooms, spot checking cleanliness and upkeep, reporting any maintenance/H&S issues in HotSos and following up on resolution.
* Review weekly function forecasts and liaise with Housekeeping Administrator to ensure adequate Public Area manning is organized.
* Assist Housekeeping Management team in completing and recording regular Check In Conversations and annual Year End Reviews and Goal Settings.
* Conduct a daily closing walk to ensure all corridors, Maid services, and lift landings are clean and tidy.
* Take over any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the scope of the role, whenever reasonably instructed to do so.
