Job Description
Navigating the complexities of the highly regulated, globally networked and safety-critical aviation industry is no small feat. Yet, with a proven track record of over 4,000 successful projects spanning across 100+ countries, our team stands out.
We're looking for individuals with a range of expertise, experience and interest in the aviation industry to join our team and contribute to fulfilling our expanding order book. In particular, individuals with a strong economics or numerical background and are keen to learn more about the aviation related political and regulatory context.
Our organisation can be very fast-paced. If you are attracted to large, process-driven organisations then we’re probably not for you (unless of course you are ready to escape from one!) However, if being creative, flexible, dynamic and proactive is more your style, then we want to hear from you!
We have a flat collegiate structure and work in small project teams where our philosophy is to encourage you to manage your own career and time. You’ll have far more autonomy than our competitors offer and in return we ask that you deliver amazing work and ensure that our clients keep coming back to us (currently 80% of our work is repeat business!)
In return we offer competitive salaries and a range of benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, private healthcare, life insurance, in house training, a great work/life balance and opportunities to travel.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified, preferably economics, numerate or business subject related or have previous experience in aviation disciplines.
* Prior experience or a keen interest in working within aviation, particularly strategic projects.
* Familiarity or prior experience working in a Management Consulting background.
* Be able to demonstrate excellent data analysis skills in practice, as well as thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills.
* The consultancy environment can be very fast-paced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible, agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements.
