Do you enjoy working with young people and children? Are you feeling disillusioned and are looking for a change? Would you like a better quality of life whilst you regain and develop your professional passion?
Working Hours: Saturday 10pm - 8am
Mary Hare is a boarding and day school for deaf children and young people aged between 5 to 19.
Set in beautiful surroundings on a country estate just outside Newbury, the boarding (residential care) houses are designed specifically for each age range and provide a home from home for all children who board during term times. Mary Hare is an oral environment, and our children and young people thrive on being able to use their voices.
We are proud of our staff retention across our homes, with the average length of service exceeding 8 years, rising to 15 years. We are equally proud of our culture which is welcoming, supportive, and professional, with our values embedded in the daily lives of everyone at Mary Hare.
