Complaints Resolution Advisor Location/Base: Homebased, with the ability to work in the head office as and when required (Designated office: Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire) Hours: 21 hours per week (hours are flexible to suit business needs and to be worked between 8am – 6pm) Salary: £18,176.40 - £20,196.00 per annum (FTE £30,294 - £33,660 pa) The role The Complaints Team are looking for a Complaints Resolution Advisor to join their team who will be responsible for delivering a high performing complaints investigation and resolution service for emh customers. The role will also include contributing to developing comprehensive customer insight and profiling and ensuring a holistic support service and advice on complaints handling across emh. The person Do you have a passion for providing an effective and efficient customer service, and can demonstrate excellent communications skills, whilst working to meet tight deadlines? Do you have possess good IT skills and are competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other databases?
