Retail Marketing ManagerOxfordTemp | 3 Months + With Permanent Option£230 Per Day Umbrella In Scope Of IR35Hays Marketing are pleased to be working with a local tech business who are going through a period of growth due to recent success. Up until this point retail marketing has been manged internally but the wider marketing team but now would benefit from a pure retail marketing manager.The Role
1. Own the retail marketing calendar and ensure that retail content booked in is relevant to the time of year and the overall marketing campaign calendar, aligned to ourmitments to retail partners.
2. Collaborate with retailers to ensure that their marketing package is utilised effectively and executed to a high standard in allmunications, aligned to the wider marketing campaign calendar.
3. Manage and own the execution and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, including weekly offer emails.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders – retailers as well as our marketing, content andmercial teams – to execute retail marketing campaigns that drive optimal user engagement.
5. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing andmunications Manager to market to UK retailers and generate quality leads for themercial team.
6. Support themercial team with sales assets to attract and engage new retailers.
7. Actively capture and monitor meaningful results for retail marketing activities, with the support of the Email Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Analyst.
8. Understand retailer brand guidelines and interpret them effectively through execution. Advise retailers on best practice to drive optimal results.
The Candidate
9. Fluency in English – verbal and writtenmunication.
10. Marketing and/or Business degree is desirable.
11. You have a ‘can do’ mindset and thrive when working in a dynamic, demanding environment.
12. You’re able to effectively manage multiple campaigns and tasks at the same time.
13. You can confidently co-ordinate with different stakeholders including internal and external teams.
14. You have excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
15. You are proactive in nature and have a results-driven mindset.
16. 5+ years’ experience in a retail marketing role.
