Salary: The part time salary for this role based on 22.5 hours per week is £16,059.53 per annum rising by annual increments to £17,406.49.
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,409 per annum rising by annual increments to £28,624.
Hours: 22.5 hours over three days
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Salisbury Headquarters with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location two days a week for key activities and meetings.

As an Executive Support Administrator in our Executive Support Team you will:
* Provide a range of support tasks for the Service and specifically for the Strategic Leadership team which will include the following:
* Answering calls to the switchboard and dealing with email enquiries.
* Ensure our compliments and complaints process runs smoothly.
* Manage and distribute incoming post.
* Ensure the office is fully stocked and upkept.
* Support the team with managing Directors diaries, making calendar bookings and support their attendance at meetings either online or face to face.
* Prepare paperwork for strategic meetings and monitor actions and report deadlines.
What makes you our ideal Executive Support Administrator?
* You will be highly organised and able to handle a broad range of tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* You will have great communication skills to be able to engage with staff, members of the public, senior managers and our partners.
* You will have good ICT skills, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* You will have some experience of working in a customer focussed support role.
Other Information:
* You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. You must have transport to be able to get to Salisbury Headquarters two days per week.
* A Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment.
* Any offer of employment will be subject to full pre-employment checks which include identity checks, right to work in the UK, medical and receipt of satisfactory references, and an explanation of any gaps in employment in the last 3 years.
