Connect 44 is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join the team.

Role Details:
* Collect, process, and analyze data to transform it into meaningful insights that can guide strategic actions.
* Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
* Provide management with status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting.
* Use appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.
* Evaluate process improvement information, including policy and procedures to identify inefficiencies and coordinate to determine a future state that satisfies the business requirements.
* Drive the discovery, design, and implementation of transformation activities – including process improvements, service efficiencies, and automation activities.
* Work with Service Delivery teams to create a clear roadmap of activities required to achieve project objectives, including service improvement plans with customers.
* Ensure an effective RAID is in place for the project.
* Support with customer stakeholder meetings as appropriate.
* Provide ongoing support towards new business initiatives where required.
* Where required, support the transition and transformation of wider group-based services and initiatives.
