Salary: MPS - UPS £31,650 - £49,084 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked) Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 0.45 FTE, 39 weeks per year We are looking to appoint a part-time class teacher to join our staff team for a fixed term maternity cover period, from 1st January 2025 for at least two terms. The role will initially be teaching on Mondays and Tuesdays with PPA time for part of Wednesday. We are looking for someone who: Is an excellent teacher with a proven track record of pupil progress and closing gaps in attainment. Is committed to upholding the school’s ethos, including the Christian distinctiveness. Has evidence of exemplary positive behaviour management skills. Has excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff. Is a reflective and open practitioner, who will seek advice and support and be keen to embrace new ideas and practices. The role will be initially based in Year 4.
