Role Requirements This unique 3-year Graduate programme consists of several rotations across our Sales, Distribution and Propositions team where you will be integral to driving our broker distribution strategy. Responsibilities We will support you throughout your rotations to experience distribution operations, broker renumeration and broker propositions. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new brokers, conducting market/gap analysis activities, supporting broker focus groups and working with the wider team to ensure that our commitments within policy commissions, and enhanced remuneration agreement strategies are being followed. In addition, you will gain exposure in sales, undertaking a regional sales coordinator role to understand the sales systems, processes and aspects of trading within a regional team. This will also lead to working on strategic broker tenders, understanding how we manage our largest customer relationships and analysing sales data to track the delivery of key performance metrics. You will need to have a zest for continuous learning and a willingness to invest time to develop further skills and knowledge in this exciting partner manager role. You will need a Bachelor's degree or on track to obtaining at least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). The best attributes to have for this role include strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities and a willingness to work collaboratively across our teams.
