My client provides Investment Administration and Investment Management services for large, UK institutional investors. Currently going through a period of planned growth we are looking for a bright and motivated Pension Administrator ready for their next step on the career ladder.
Key tasks of the Pension Administrator:
* Lead a team of 2 junior Pension Administrators
* Provide administration support to a portfolio of DC and Master Trust Pension Scheme Trustees and their professional advisors (no member involvement)
* Liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders
* Own client escalations and complex cases
* Work allocation and resource management
* Team skills and knowledge development
* Preparation of MI

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
* 3 years’ experience in Pension Administration (essential)
* Some experience onboarding, training or mentoring junior staff
* Confidence to accept growing levels of responsibility
* Strong passion for building and managing client relationships
* Proactive and collaborative nature
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
On offer to the Pensions Team Leader is a basic salary of £40,000 plus bonus, benefits package and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and sociable office environment. The role is hybrid, with two days per week spent in their beautiful new office space in the heart of the City.
