Job Responsibilities:
* Data entry to Excel log file for correspondent documents
* Collect/Receive documents over the counter
* Move/Collect/Delivery documents from/to the requested location
* Monitor email and follow up on required actions
* Document sorting/filing to warehouse
* Carry of heavy documents is needed
* Other administrative support assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
* HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in handling mortgage would be an advantage
* Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Ability in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
