We are an expanding and innovative software company based in Hertford (United Kingdom). We design and build both Enterprise and SaaS global solutions for mid to large tier retailers. Our products include retail and payment applications that span stores, mobile and web together with a Java based microservices development toolkit, resource libraries and a technology platform. We have customers in the UK, Europe and the U.S. and we are considered as a leader in our sector. Our customers include Harrods, Frasers Group, Specsavers, JYSK, River Island and others.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex and high-value sales campaigns over several months by bringing together various resources in the Enactor team.
* Be credible and execute regular sales activities with C-level executives in major target organisations.
* Orchestrate and present sophisticated delivery proposals.
* Lead and take ownership of presentations across a number of sales-related areas.
* Build and document sales activities in company CRM software.
* Work with the Director of Global Sales to continually evolve our sales materials, presentations and best practices.
Skills & Competencies Required
* Experience in software sales and winning business and bid management.
* The ability and desire to become one of the new breed of “technically savvy” salespeople needed in this digital world.
* A desire to drive your sales career forward – some experience of Retail software and or digital tech sales products will be beneficial, but not essential.
* Ideally experience in B2B Software industry for Retail, eCommerce or the digital retail sector.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to close deals using a thoughtful, consultative approach.
* Be presentable and professional with the confidence and skill to deal with decision makers.
* Excellent computer skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, with a well-organised and disciplined approach to work.
* Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
