ECO Compliance Officer - Overview
We are working with a successful and established renewable energy company based in the Manchester area who are looking for an ECO Compliance Officer to join their team. They specialise in delivering carbon reduction and energy efficiency measures to private residential and social housing.
The company delivers several energy-saving measures under the ECO4 scheme including Air Source Heat Pumps, Boilers, Solar PV & Batteries, and Insulation which they install into customers' homes. They carry the installations in-house with rigorous quality-checking processes. Your role as Compliance Officer will focus on supporting the compliance team in helping to prepare all documentation ready for submission to our ECO funding partner and resolving any compliance-related issues. One of the most common issues is key bits of evidence missing such as photos or documentation. It will be your job to spot the missing evidence and ensure it is gathered prior to submission.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all ECO submissions are fully compliant and submitted to the funding partner correctly and within the specified time frame.
2. Communicate with internal and external teams and customers, helping to resolve any pre and post-installation discrepancies.
3. Identify any compliance submission issues which require follow-up or investigation and relay issues to the Compliance Supervisor.
4. Help maintain company compliance performance, including submission statistics, including right-first-time.
5. Review compliance procedures and processes, providing feedback to the Compliance Supervisor for areas of improvement.
This is a predominantly office-based role. The working hours are 08:30-17:00pm Monday - Friday. The company understands that sometimes things come up in life that you need to be flexible for. They are more than happy to work around doctors, dentist appointments, school pick-ups, etc. when required.
Requirements
1. Experience and knowledge of ECO4.
2. Compliance focused with a keen eye for detail on submissions.
Salary & Remuneration
1. Salary £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE).
2. Private Healthcare.
3. Ongoing training & progression.
4. 28 Days + BH.
5. Sick Pay.
6. Pension.
