This role is a full-time office-based role, and no hybrid working is offered
Salary: £23,000- £24,000 Dependent on experience.

Role Overview
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. You will handle administrative tasks, support various departments, and utilise your advanced Excel skills to maintain and analyse data critical to housing services. Please note this role is face paced so we are looking for someone with excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing data, tenant details, and maintenance schedules.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Assist in budget tracking and expenditure monitoring using Excel and other tools.
* Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internal and external.
* Liaise with contractors, tenants, and external partners as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts).
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a housing association or similar environment.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Competency with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with housing management software or CRM systems.
* Basic knowledge of housing association regulations and practices.
* Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
