Job Description
We are seeking kind, compassionate, and dedicated people to join our wonderful team. Becoming a Care Assistant is the perfect job for those who want some variety in their day-to-day work as well as having a great sense of purpose and achievement.

Qualifications
You need to:
* Be reliable, professional, respectful, and gentle.
* Have a passion for helping others and finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
* Have good communication skills.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Be available to work every other weekend.
Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
Additional Information
Initial training is fully paid for. Once you've completed your training, you’ll be introduced to individuals that match your interests and abilities. You can shadow one of our experienced Care Professionals to see what the role entails and have opportunities to reflect and make sure you are comfortable in your relationship with the person you support.
Your role is to help your client feel comfortable, secure, and happy and work with the larger team to ensure that they are living the best life possible. We work with you to come up with exciting ideas and creative activities to make their lives more stimulating and fulfilling.
