Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Basingstoke. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pest prevention, control, and removal services. This includes managing a team, scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. You will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence.
