About the Role:
As a Second Line Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring offices across Yorkshire are running smoothly. You'll be supporting users remotely and on-site, handling a blend of project and BAU work, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also conduct site surveys, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and work closely with the infrastructure team on improvements.
Skills & Requirements
* Proven experience in a Second Line Support or similar role.
* Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Server technologies.
* Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and wireless networks.
* Strong technical understanding of infrastructure configuration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
* A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites.
* Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, office configurations, and infrastructure surveys.
