We are looking for Support Workers to join us in Macduff and the surrounding areas. We are able to offer highly flexible working hours, offering an hourly rate of £12.32.

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff and the surrounding areas. Due to the nature of the role and the rural locations, it would be beneficial for the successful Support Workers to hold a UK driving license, but it is not essential.
The successful Support Workers will focus on Person-Centred Care and put the service user at the centre of all you do. The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and facilitate them in having their own independence. You will support people out in the community, going to clubs, activities, appointments, and much more.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Cost of PVG covered.
Enrolment onto SVQ level 2 after successful completion of your 6-month probation.
