At, situated at the foot of Snowdon in North Wales, we are the sole manufacturer of IMMULITE reagents, used in blood analysers to aid the diagnoses and treatment for patients. IMMULITE is a global brand in the Diagnostics industry, distributing over 950 IMMULITE products for 100 disease states and 570 allergy tests. All of these products are manufactured at our Siemens Healthineers facility in Llanberis and are shipped to our European and American Distribution Centres for onward distribution to labs and clinics in over 50 countries worldwide.
Apply now for the position of Finance Apprentice and you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience of working within a Finance team within an expanding & fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about Financials, eager to learn and ready to start their career in Finance.
This 1-to-2-year Finance Apprenticeship will be a hybrid role – some home working with some office presence at our Manufacturing site in Llanberis, so you must be based in a reasonable commuting distance.
Your role:
1. You will work with the Finance & Costing modules within SAP (ERP system)
2. You will learn the use of Internal Accounting Systems
3. You will control account reconciliations & accrual preparation
4. You will analyze & interpret financial data & ensure accurate coding & reporting & preparation of journal entries
5. You will assist in the preparation of Financial statements.
6. You will have exposure to all aspects of Financial & Costing processes
During this 1-2 year apprenticeship you will also complete learning modules and projects, and work towards achieving a Level 3 or 4 Finance qualification, building a portfolio of work to support your end point assessment whilst guided by your line manager.

9. You will need the ability to use your initiative, and a willingness to learn new skills
10. You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Qualifications Required:
11. GCSEs at grade 4/5 (C) or above, including Maths and English
12. You will need a minimum AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
You must also have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of this 1-2 year Apprenticeship.
