We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the European team at Cigna. You will be a key member in the GHB European Marketing team with responsibility to deliver leads into our telesales team in the Small, Medium and Corporate segments, leveraging organic and paid strategies to enhance website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Using your knowledge of digital channels (including SEO, PPC and content marketing) and online journeys, you'll work closely with our agency on innovative and impactful activities to deliver growth with a sustainable ROI. You'll be results-focused and accountable for owning and executing our SEO strategy and ensuring it targets audiences through awareness, consideration and conversion, working collaboratively with our partners to deliver new content as identified by the strategy to drive SEO as an integrated part of the multi-channel marketing mix, including alignment with paid search to drive the best ROI from both. This is a this is a hands-on end to end role, but with ownership at this exciting time and potential for this channel for us supporting the growth targets in Europe. You will be a member of a small marketing team, who's role it is to support GHB Europe's Commercial and Client teams. The team are strategic partners and support across the full acquisition funnel, customer and client comms, and sales enablement. What you will be doing: Manage digital paid campaign s - Reporting into the European Marketing lead, you will be accountable for digital growth campaigns and activity, creating and delivering B2B marketing campaigns, conducting data analysis, AB testing, conversion rate optimization, and recommending UX improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. - Manage paid campaigns in close relationship with the agency: plan, define budget, set up target, execute and optimise paid campaign across multiples channels (eg Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft 3rd party data providers etc) - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce, in collaboration with our analytics and performance teams - Ensure each media plan is fully evaluated, and objectives are clear and delivered. - Manage budget for each campaign to maximise return on investment. Ensure all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. - Supporting your marketing colleagues on their paid for digital activity SEO, Content and website update - Oversee and manage the SEO strategy as the subject matter expert for B2B, ensuring best practice and alignment with paid search is a key consideration to maximise market visibility and traffic acquisition driving awareness and sales. - Create, and optimise online content (including for SEO) working with agency partners - You will create and execute initiatives that maximise conversion, including nurture journeys. - Delegated guardian for the GHB website to ensure our biggest brand asset maximises leads and conversion, working closely with the Group digital and analytics team Stakeholder collaboration - Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and help shape / deliver the strategies. - Supporting the overall team as and when required - Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework. - Be a driving force in building and implementing a B2B digital growth strategy that provides target audiences with effective and seamless joined-up online journeys. - Input into the annual marketing planning process. - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing - technologies, and share knowledge and insights with relevant stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement. About You - 5 years of digital marketing experience - Strong knowledge of B2B customer behaviors and multi-channel digital journeys, including the levers to pull to drive digital growth. - Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft advertising, and a track record of achieving positive ROI. - Data and insight driven, with strong analytical/reporting skills and experience in Google Analytics and Google Search Console. - Experience of managing growth activity driving leads into the sales team, across paid media and owned channels. - Proven experience of working with creative/media agency partners and in-house teams to deliver campaigns. - Deep knowledge in marketing to drive brand awareness and leads, ideally within financial services or insurance sector. - International marketing experience. - Self-starter and ability to work on own projects as well as part of a team - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting. - Ideally experience and skill operating in a matrix organization. - IT skills - GA4, salesforce, Eloqua excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
