This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Customer, Brand & Engagement (CBE) function, specifically in the LRM (Legal, Regulatory & Mandatory Comms) and Capability department. We’re on a journey to reimagine and reinvest in the technology, processes, and channels available to us across the function to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. Our key focus is building a brand-new platform that enables our colleagues to send best-in-class LRM communications. This covers a broad range of areas; including how those comms are designed, governed, reconciled, and optimised for our audiences.
Collaboration with stakeholders will be key in this role and some travel will be required between Swindon and Bournemouth for wider team meetings.

What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same in this role, you’ll have the chance to engage with stakeholders from various different areas of the business, from technology right the way through to risk. You’ll be pivotal in helping us gather requirements and process pain points from across these different teams – presenting them into large projects to help shape our change roadmap. There will also be plenty of opportunities to get hands-on and improve these platforms yourself, as we uplift our capability within the team to make changes and improvements into our workflows and processes directly. The nature of this role makes it great for people looking for development opportunities.

About you
We are looking for someone that has:
* Experience of working on business change projects, with a thorough understanding of planning, creating roadmaps, risk management, governance and business readiness activities
* Experience of taking complex problem statements and requirements from a wide range of stakeholders and turning them into simple, easy to understand requirements
* Experience of finding ways to improve daily processes for teams, making work more efficient and standardising them
* An interest in working with technology and tools, both AI and non-AI to help improve and make processes more effective and efficient whilst adhering to Nationwide’s Risk policies
