What you will be doing:-
The Administrator will be:-
Diary management including scheduling meeting between internal and external partners
Assist organisation and recording of team meetings
Update databases, website and CRM as requested
Support translation requests to external agencyWhat you will bring to the role:
The ideal Administrator will have:
Experience in a secretarial/ administration role
An ability for complex team diary management, making travel arrangements and supporting meetings/event delivery.
Exceptional time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skillsWhat you will get in return:
