JWR is recruiting for a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the bustling restaurant of a leading country house hotel in Devon.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
* Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
* Train and mentor team members to provide excellent service and achieve performance goals.
* Monitor inventory and control costs to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
