Description
1. Advising clients on high-level employment law matters, including executive disputes, workforce restructuring, and cross-border employment issues.
2. Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
3. Supporting M&A and outsourcing transactions with employment-related legal expertise.
4. Working with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on multi-national projects.
5. Building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's strategic growth.
Profile
1. A solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-5 years' PQE in employment law within a commercial practice.
2. Experienced in handling tribunal claims, restructuring, senior executive matters, and international employment issues.
3. Commercially aware, with excellent client management and communication skills.
4. Keen to develop their career within a global law firm.
