Your primary responsibility would be to plan and aid organisation of groundwork and installation projects. This includes arranging and booking of engineers, sub-contractors, electricians, arranging for work equipment to be hired and off hired to specific sites, ensuring all relevant Health and Safety documentation is prepared pre visit. Good organisational skills and customer Service is key for this role whether that be in the form of email or telephone. You will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional days out at project sites, and report directly to Head of Installations. Job Role A skilled coordinator to support the installation department of the business. Using modern software the individual will need to schedule engineers, and liaise with sub-contractors, across the country for both installation projects and workshop fit outs, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, on time and profitably. You will arrange work within the customers SLA times to ensure compliance and be able to manage customer expectations by giving them realistic updates. You will provide first line support for customer and engineer issues and support the Head of Installations and teams in all aspects including reviewing departmental KPIs and reports on a regular basis. We are searching for a candidate with strong organisational abilities and ability to use their own initiative, who can bring energy and efficiency to the team.
