We have a fantastic opportunity for a Golf Reservations Agent to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts. The role will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality and standards across all reservations processes for the Marine and Lawn portfolio of hotels. This role can be offered either as remote or hybrid (if you are located near one of our hotels). What will I be doing? Answering incoming telephone calls for Golf Reservation enquiries for the Marine and Lawn portfolio in a timely manner. Managing Email enquiries and follow ups for reservations across all hotels. Undertaking arrivals checks to ensure guest details are captured accurately to ensure the operations can deliver exceptional guest service. Following up on Golf Reservations traces and dealing with guest requests Entering and managing rooming lists Following up with GTO agents to obtain rooming lists and billing instructions. Follow up with guests and clients to ensure any queries are dealt with accordingly. Following on No Show charges and making charges accordingly. Being fully knowledgeable about all hotels in the Marine and Lawn Brand. Being fully knowledgeable and accurate in the operation, functionality and standards required in using the designated Systems. Maintaining accurate filing systems for all correspondence within the department, and ensure all filing is completed daily. Responsible for actioning all aspects of the golf reservations for Marine and Lawn. Responsible for ensuring required service levels for GTO are met. Ensure that golf group information is handed over each property to ensure golfers experience at the hotel is best in class. Ensure that guest history is updated and acted upon accordingly to ensure. Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments. What are we looking for? Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile. Genuinely friendly and caring. Good communication and immaculate presentation Expert level attention to detail Proficient in IT High resilience and adaptability Hotel or Customer facing experience advantageous. Previous experience of Opera / HMS would be beneficial however not essential.
