Main duties of the job You will have experience of communicating with staff at all levels both verbally and in writing, as well as demonstrating a logical approach to problem solving. You will be educated to A-level or equivalent qualification or have a minimum of 1 year IT support experience. You will have a thorough understanding of ITIL and Microsoft operating systems and applications, RDS, Active Directory and be ECDL qualified or have relevant IT skills including the use of PC and MS Office packages.
