The Mail and Print team are responsible for the management and oversight of the inbound and outbound print functions working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure key objectives and SLA’s are achieved. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Senior Relationship Officer to ensure all activities for print functions are carried out to the highest standard in line with the Banks policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to be a pivotal contact with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure all print actions run smoothly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include… Track and monitor printed stock, both at vendors and at OSB sites, and ensure that stock is kept at the correct levels. Work with the Mail and Print Manager on print processes and carrying out a full daily reconciliation of the letter runs prior to providing approval to print/mail. Liaise with the third-party vendor to ensure that all print requirements are confirmed within agreed SLAs and escalate any unresolved issues. Assist with monthly invoice logging and reconciliation, ensuring invoice costs from 3rd party are in line with activity performed and agreed contractual pricing. Be familiar and regularly keep well updated on the Banks Vendor Management and Outsourcing Policy and Procedures and assist the team to ensure procedure manuals are kept up to date. Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management and Data Governance Policies and demonstrate your understanding of these in your day-to-day work.
