Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Contract Type: Permanent ⌚ Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours Salary: £37.522.87 - £42,213.23 dependant on experience Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, the Operations Service Manager will drive our Treatment Centre Operations team to achieve exceptional results in line with our organisational vision. Your primary responsibility will be to provide effective leadership and management for the Treatment Centre Operations team, ensuring operational priorities align seamlessly with our overall goals. You will manage and optimise resources, including personnel, consumables, equipment, and property, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Collaborating closely with fellow Operations Service Managers and other departments, you will play a vital role in achieving our organisational objectives and ensuring the delivery of safe and sustainable services. Your role will also involve traveling to Community Treatment Centres as needed, deepening your understanding and enhancing your impact. To excel in this role, you need to demonstrate key skills such as role modelling desired behaviour's, effective collaboration, and the ability to inspire and lead a motivated, productive team. You should be capable of making sound business decisions independently, providing exceptional client-focused service, and taking ownership of tasks while working autonomously. Experience in a healthcare setting or with the Care Quality Commission is also advantageous. In the initial 6 - 12 months of the role, you will support with the set up of new sites across the Region which will include: Supporting the RGM with the strategic planning and execution of new site setups within the region Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations, technology, and personnel Recruitment, induction, and training of a full service delivery team The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
