Job Description
Maintenance Engineer
Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include cranes, conveyors, vertical lifts, monorail system, and a deep freeze high bay.
Working in a cold environment.
To undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations and industry standard practices. Prioritize system faults to ensure quality of output at all times. Accurately record all work undertaken and be involved in continuous improvement projects. Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
Working a rotating shift pattern with a combination of days and nights within a team of Engineers. Working 7 days and 7 nights in a 28-day period makes this an attractive opportunity.

The Person
Resident Maintenance Engineer.
An apprentice trained Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
Experience of working with automated machinery is ideal; however, it is not essential as training will be provided.
Happy to work at heights.
This is a customer-facing role, so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience of working with a CMMS (Maintenance scheduling) system.
