Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Birmingham Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview: As the HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing expert support and guidance to staff and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it) and passionate about making a difference within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Handle disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations with professionalism and care. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure new starters have a great onboarding experience. HR Support: Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law. Policy Development: Keep HR policies and procedures up to date and aligned with best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to deliver initiatives that align with organisational goals. Skills: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it). Proven HR experience, ideally within education or a related sector. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
