About the SEN TA Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing 1:1 support for specific children with SEND needs. • Encouraging participation during unstructured learning times .• Engaging children in planned learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and other professionals, such as therapists. • Working flexibly between supporting a single classroom or assisting multiple children in short sessions throughout the day. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is integral to classroom learning, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both students and staff. About You:We are looking for someone who: • Has experience working with early years children with SEND needs .• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Early Years learning and practices. • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to support children in achieving their full potential .• Can establish positive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.
