Are you a seasoned Learning and Organisational Development Specialist looking for your next challenge? Or are you a budding leader ready to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for a capable, engaging and outcome-focused leader to take up the reins and lead the Learning and Organisational Development team for the next 12 months.
Leading a team of 4 full-time equivalents and reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will work alongside the wider management team across HR, Colleague engagement, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to deliver some exciting activities as part of our People Strategy as well as ensuring that the wheels keep turning and our high standards are maintained in our day-to-day operations. This will include:
* Launching our in-house designed and delivered future leaders program
* Procuring our learning and performance management system
* Expansion of our World of Work
* Ensuring that compliance with learning identified through our robust TNA remains high and is continually monitored
* Leading our award-winning apprenticeship activity continuing to grow the future talent of St Leger
* Own and successfully manage the learning and development budget
* Take a lead role in our work with Investors in People
You will be a natural facilitator and work collaboratively with your team and members of our senior management to identify innovative learning and organisational development solutions to organisational challenges and will have a track record of successful implementation. With an eye to the future, you will continually be looking for how we can assess the impact of our learning. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels of the organisation as well as across a range of external partners.
