What you’ll be doing: Support AXA Global Healthcare’s strategic objectives through the end-to-end management and delivery of key insurance documents for corporate and retail contracts, partnership activities, and regulatory changes. Manage the creation and timely delivery of bespoke insurance handbooks for new and renewing large corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to predefined SLAs. Build strong relationships with client account managers, partnership teams, marketing team members, and internal and external agencies. Assist in implementing a document management system and developing new templates to enhance efficiency and governance in literature creation. Maintain the document library to ensure access to up-to-date literature for stakeholders, ensuring correct naming conventions for the Quote and Buy tool. Ensure all literature meets regulatory requirements and support the implementation of changes due to regulatory updates. Contribute to the continuous product change programme for multi-insurer international health insurance products, including proofreading and implementation. Produce accurate communications to inform colleagues and relevant stakeholders about changes to product literature, utilising appropriate communication channels.
