Job Description
* Manage shared mailboxes for the team and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
* Manage processes for the Operations Manager and National Operations Director
* Organising Travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
* Data entry and document updates using Monday.com, OLC, MYOB, and other systems.
* Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting.
* Prepare accurate and timely quotes.
* Update and amend quotes as necessary.
* Review and evaluate job costs to ensure profitability.
* Use Canva to prepare company proposals.
* Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Support the client on boarding process and handle admin tasks within the client life cycle.
Skills & Experience Required
* Estimator Mindset: Comfort with numbers and a natural ability to evaluate and estimate project costs.
* Computer Savvy: Proficiency with software tools is essential. Experience with Monday.com, Canva, Microsoft Word, and MYOB is a plus, though training will be provided.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects proactively, address customer needs, and make informed decisions to drive success.
* Team Player: The team is supportive and values contributions to collective success.
* Self-Motivated: Excellent initiative, proactive approach, and enthusiastic attitude.
