Description Receptionist - part time Liverpool We are looking to recruit a front of house corporate receptionist to work as part of a job share team in an iconic building in Liverpool’s bustling commercial district. You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience which leaves a lasting impression. You’ll and enjoy working as part of the building team, assisting with additional admin if required. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building. Salary – £14,040 pa part time Hours - 8.00am – 5.00pm alternate Wednesdays and 8.00am – 5.00pm every Thursday and Friday Paid lunch break No weekends Flexibility to cover your job share for holiday and sickness Key Responsibilities Managing reception warmly meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building – following sign in protocols maintaining building processes documents and local amenities file ensuring excellent channels of communication between yourself and your job share receptionist weekly reporting to key stakeholders general administration as required Building and services engage with tenants/occupiers to build and enhance working relationships support the on-site Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution – keeping stakeholders informed work with all service partners (contractors, cleaners, security) to ensure consistency of standards and customer friendly behaviour.
