Priority Candidates will be considered in the first instance Hardybutts Mental Health Service Scholes Wigan WN1 3SG Salary: Grade 4, 17,420 - 18,264 per annum. 12.84 - 13.47 per hour 26 hours per week Your role: You will join the empowering team at Hardybutts providing support to up to 26 tenants with mental health needs. The service provides support 24 hours using an asset-based approach. The aim of the service is a recovery and enablement focus to support individuals to restore and develop skills to live successfully within the community. As part of the team you will support individuals with a programme of enablement to lead a full and purposeful life, increasing confidence and self- esteem. You will work closely with a range of partners to support people with their health and wellbeing, lifestyles, daily living and developing links within their local community. About you: You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in order to best support the tenants. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to ask the right questions, break- down problems and come up with innovative solutions. Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team and be confident as a lone worker. Passionate about supporting people to regain their independence.
